Mark Anthony Sutton is the co-founder of the second largest Blood gang in California. His street experience led him to become the co-founder and director of the PBCG Project (Partners Building Community Group).

The PBCG is part of the NAACP Pasadena, CA which is a 501(c)(3) federally exempt nonprofit.

Mark now leads as the criminal justice chairman, a cognitive behavior trainer as well as gang prevention, intervention, and violence interruption expert.
